Added support for iOS 12 and 13 — the tweak functions perfectly fine on these versions, but there is a minor cosmetic issue where the Control Centre will still show the Apple Music app's icon and name in some circumstances (such as immediately after a respring with no media playing). However, all functionality is properly forwarded to Cesium regardless.
Added full compatibility with all arm64e (A12) devices!
