So... how do I enter recovery mode after I've installed this tweak?

The hardware button combination, holding down home and lock while connected via USB, will still send your device into recovery mode. This cannot be modified/prevented using software.

Does NO PLS RECOVERY affect Cydia Impactor, SemiRestore, or iLEX R.A.T.?

No, those do not require the device to be in Recovery mode.

Does NO PLS RECOVERY affect TinyUmbrella's "Enter Recovery" button?

Yes. However, it does not affect "Exit Recovery" or "Fix Recovery."
